[Sea Governance for Home Owners Association] Preliminary Research and Documentation

The following research and documentation is meant to get this project started. Please consider this a work in progress. Significant work is needed to move this project forward.

Description

Every community lives and thrives in an environment that trusts and respects its members' lifestyles, backgrounds and thought processes. A set of guidelines is needed to ensure that seapod owners, residents and support staff work together to keep the community safe, harmonious and peaceful. In the eventual case of conflict of interest between any 2 parties - a governing body must follow the set guidelines and manage conflict in a way that is best suited to the community or society.

The set of guidelines and social bye-laws must be discussed, finalized and published to the owners, residents and all 3rd party vendors who work together to keep the community safe.
