Corrosion Prevention for SeaPods
Seacoat Technology
Seacoat Technology delivers high performance Silicone and Silane paint and coating technology to the marine industry. Non toxic and environmentally safe solutions for bottom painting as alternatives to conventional toxic antifouling .
For above the water I would recommend another clear system from our sister company SCS. I would recommend the FS 9000. It is actually an aircraft coating on steroids. It is also clear and not susceptible to UV rays so it can last 25 + years. It is flexible but the high gloss surface is very abrasion and impact resistant. Both of these are NON PERMEABLE to moisture/liquid.
Both are Silane/siloxane technology.
Both products are roughly 5.25 sq meters per liter.
They both are $380/gallon or ($100.39/liter)
The SEA-SPEED V 10 X CLEAR coverage on underwater portions is 5.25 sq meters per liter incl a 30 % loss factor.
The FS 9000 would be applied slightly thinner at 100 microns on above water areas. The coverage would be 6.55 sq meters per liter incl 30 % loss factor.
The above pricing is EX works. Depending on volume we might have some flexibility.
