Description

As part of community automation for smart homes, the objective of this project is to use AI and ML to award contracts to vendors for goods materials and services.    

 

 

Why this is Important

Traditional methods of finding vendors, onboarding them and awarding contracts is time consuming and involves a lot discussions, negotiations. This is time consuming and takes a lot of effort from a community. Once a contract is awarded to a vendor, it takes time and effort to track progress,   quality assurance (especially in case of services) and then closure.

AI and ML technologies are fast evolving and replace the need for this manual process of vendor management and contract monitoring.

 

What this Project needs to move forward

We need these skills to move this project forward:

  • Software developers who specialize in AI, ML and Block Chain to develop the software application.
  • Law majors who can contribute in areas of policy making, taxes and decision making.
