• It is recommended to get health insurance coverage for your stay. We do not provide health insurance and we are not responsible for any injuries to yourself or your property or theft for any part of your stay in Panama. Many companies offer travel insurance. • Some health organizations recommend various vaccinations for travel to Central American countries. That is a personal choice and I don’t know anyone here that has had any vaccinations.
